Customer development
Before starting development, we conducted interviews with users and confirmed our hypothesis about the product. After these sessions, we have defined the functionality for MVP.
User Flow
Based on the analysis of the target audience and mvp functionality, i made userflow.

Wireframes
For each new feature or task, i studied the user scenarios of the desktop version of the product and the scenarios of competitors, based on which i created a new interface.

Specifications
For developers, i prepared a detailed description of the interface and saved it in Confluence
Analytics
To track user sessions, events and metrics we used the amplitude.

Marketing materials
Together with the brand designer, i prepared the app icon and screenshots for the app store, and also drew banners for targeted advertising
Testing and feedback
After the app was released, i did a full test of all use cases with real users, and also figured out what other problems they would like to solve with the app

Results
The result of our work was an increase in user retention by 7 days from 1% to 4%, marketing costs began to fully pay off and we got a rating of 4.7 in the app store.
