Problem
Users
Users couldn't see the fares if they had a connecting flight.
Business
Partner companies ask us to promote special fares for flights, including those with connections.
Process
Based on the problem, I began considering how to integrate this into the interface without disrupting the current user flow.
After several iterations, I decided to keep two options: splitting segments into islands, with one as a drop-down list and the other as a fare selection in a pop-up.

Testing and feedback
After settling on the two options, I proceeded to test them with users.
I used unmoderated usability testing on the Useberry service, with SUM measurement.

In the end, the variant with the "Change" button won out, and we settled on it. Because, after all, we make the interface for our clients, not for ourselves.
Results
This feature will be included in future releases, and I hope it will improve conversions and boost sales of higher-priced plans.
